Refund policy

RETURNS POLICY

Please notify us within 7 days of your purchase in order to return your item. To be eligible for a return or replacement, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You may be required to supply photographic evidence of such defects. To complete your return, we require an order number or proof of purchase. 

RETURN SHIPPING

To return your product, please email hello@silverlininggumboots.co.za. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs and for returning your item. All shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over R500, you may consider using a trackable shipping service as we do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within a few days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is transferred. If you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@silverlininggumboots.co.za.

SALE ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

Should a product be damaged; missing any parts or is the incorrect size at the time of delivery, please notify us within 7 days. Send an email to hello@silverlininggumboots.co.za and we will be in contact to facilitate the exchange.
