How do I measure my foot?
The most accurate way to measure the length of your foot, is to place a ruler on the floor (perpendicular to the wall), place your foot on the ruler, heel against the wall. The measurement at the end of your big toe will be the length of your foot. It's advised to do so with a sock on too.
What is your returns policy?
If you are unhappy with the condition or fit of your purchase, you are welcome to contact us for a refund. The item must be sent back timeously, in its original packaging, unworn. Once received in good order, we will refund you.
How do I return my order for refund?
Please send your return to us to the following address: 8 Church Place, Westville, 3630, or to the Pavillion Postnet. Once we have received it in good order, we will need your banking details to process your refund.
Can I exchange for a larger / smaller size?
Yes, you absolutely you can exchange for a different size. Please put the item back into the original packaging and send back to us. Once we have received the item in good order, we will send the replacement to you.
Are your gumboots a snug fit?
Our tall and mid-calf gumboots do tend to be a slightly narrower fit. We usually advise our customers to take a size bigger than normal. But our chelsea size gumboots are true to size.
How long does it take for delivery of my order?
Delivery takes between 3-5 working days.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a tracking number., alternatively you can contact us and we will gladly assist.
I have not received my order.
Please track your order online using the tracking number provided in the confirmation email. Or send us an email and we will look into it for you.
Where can I try your gumboots on in South Africa?
If you live in near Westville, you can come to our Westville office Monday - Friday between 8am and 1pm, or by prior arrangement.

Absolutely, no problem at all. Please place your order online, we will prepare your order for you and once ready, you may collect from 8 Church Place, Westville, Monday to Friday, from 8am-4.30pm
Is there any way to stretch the gumboots especially at the top of the calf?
Unfortunately, there is no way to stretch the boot.
Will you introduce a size 9 to your range?
We currently have the Umhlanga Chelsea Gumboot, Durban Chelsea Gumboot, Kloof Mid-calf Gumboot, Karoo Mid-calf Gumboot, Ballito Mid-calf Gumboot, Midmar Mid-Calf Gumboot, Classic Black & Toffee Gumboot, Howick Gumboot and Karkloof Gumboot in size 9 available.
What gumboots do you have in a size 4?
All our gumboots are currently available in a size 4.
Do you supply men’s and children’s gumboots?
No, we do not manufacture men’s and children’s gumboots.
How does the inside of the gumboots look?
The inside of the gumboots are lined with a soft cotton sock.
How do I know if the gumboots will fit me?

Can I purchase more inner soles?
Yes you may purchase inner soles. It will cost R99.00 for a pair of inner soles.
How do I clean my gumboots?
You can clean your gumboots with a multi surface cleaner and a soft cloth.
